Yes. Every NMantra formulation is developed in-house using carefully selected natural and organic ingredients.
We do not use petroleum derivatives, parabens, sulfates, or harsh synthetic chemicals — ever.
Do you use synthetic fragrances or artificial colours?
No. Our fragrances come from pure essential oils (where used), and the colours you see are derived from natural herbs and plant extracts.
Any slight variation is a reflection of nature — not chemicals.
Are NMantra products safe for newborns and infants?
Our baby care formulations are 100% toxin-free and thoughtfully crafted to be gentle on delicate skin.
As every baby’s skin is unique, we recommend a patch test before full application.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Yes. NMantra formulations are 100% toxin-free and crafted using natural ingredients, free from petroleum, parabens, sulfates, and harsh chemicals.
That said, pregnancy can make skin more sensitive than usual. As a precaution, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list and consulting your healthcare provider before introducing any new skincare product, especially if you have specific medical concerns.
Is a patch test necessary?
Yes — always.
Even natural ingredients can trigger sensitivities in some individuals. Apply a small amount on the inner arm and wait 24 hours before full application.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Because we avoid harsh chemical preservatives, our products typically have a shelf life of 6–12 months from the date of manufacture.

How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Close the lid tightly after every use to maintain freshness.
Why does my product look slightly different from my previous order?
Since we use natural ingredients, minor variations in colour, fragrance, or texture may occur due to seasonal changes in raw materials.
This is completely normal — and a sign of authentic, nature-based formulation.
Can I use body products on my face?
Some formulations are multi-purpose, while others are designed specifically for body care.
We recommend checking the product description for usage guidance before applying to the face.
Special Skin Concerns
Will your products cure eczema or rashes?
Our formulations are designed to soothe, nourish, and support the skin barrier.
However, we do not claim to cure medical conditions. For chronic or severe concerns, we recommend consulting a dermatologist.
Which product is best for extremely dry skin?
Our deeply nourishing face and body lotion is extremely helpful for very dry skin.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please email us within 24 – 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- Outer packaging images
- Your order number
- An unboxing video (if available)

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
